Journeyman Electrician

Position Overview
Mpower is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to support residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Hudson Valley. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems

  • Performing service upgrades, panel work, and system modifications

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and job plans

  • Ensuring all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards

  • Coordinating with project managers and other trades on site

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience

  • Journeyman-level knowledge of electrical systems and codes

  • Ability to work efficiently and professionally on active job sites

  • Reliable transportation and required tools for the trade

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and role responsibilities. Final pay will be discussed during the interview process.

Journeyman Plumber

Position Overview
Mpower is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to support a wide range of residential and commercial projects. This position requires hands-on expertise in plumbing systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Installing and servicing plumbing systems for water and drainage

  • Running and connecting water and sewer lines

  • Installing fixtures, piping, and related components

  • Reading and interpreting plans and specifications

  • Ensuring all work meets code requirements and project standards

  • Collaborating with other trades to support project timelines

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience

  • Journeyman-level understanding of plumbing systems and materials

  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks

  • Reliable transportation and required tools
